After sitting out the first round of the NFL draft, Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Poles made his first selections Friday night from Halas Hall.
The Bears started the night with three picks on Day 2 - at Nos. 39 and 48 in the second round and 71 in the third round. They also have three picks on Day 3 - Nos. 148 and 150 in the fifth round and 186 in the sixth round.

Two former UCLA players were selected in the third round of the NFL draft on Friday night, with tight end Greg Dulcich going to the Denver Broncos at pick No. 80 and offensive lineman Sean Rhyan heading to the Green Bay Packers at No. 92.
Dulcich, who entered UCLA as a walk-on, was the third tight end selected in the draft. He should get playing time right away in Denver, with the Broncos having traded away tight end Noah Fant this offseason.

The Ravens addressed an immediate need in the third round of the NFL draft, picking Connecticut defensive tackle Travis Jones, a powerful interior presence regarded as a second-round talent by many analysts.
The 6-foot-4, 325-pound Jones delivered 47 tackles and 4 1/2 sacks, impressive numbers for an interior lineman, in 2021. The No. 76 overall pick did not play the previous season because of the coronavirus pandemic.
